Topic: Pleasant experience
From: Darren Oxenbridge
Just wanted to pass on a comment about the pleasant experience I have had with your new starter kits. I had been a "kit" brewer for more than 6 years and gave it away when I moved .Your Brewcellar starter kit made it easy to get back into the brew game and must say that the quality Brewcellar equipment and Morgans product gave excellent results for me. I have recently made a batch of Golden Harvest Lager using your kit and added hops at fermentation stage for added aroma and a touch of bitterness and the end result has been sensational! Very drinkable after only 4 weeks in the bottle. I hope to experiment even further with your range.
Topic: The Best

Mate, the Golden Sheaf Wheat is the best beer I have made from a can kit.
Cheers
Topic: B M L 4 me
From: D Thwaites
I brewed, kegged and tasted your Blue Mountain Lager with an ultra blend and declared it the best home brew I have tasted in 8 years of brewing. I purchased another couple the other day and cannot wait until it is ready. Only problem is I can`t keep my brother off the Pluto gun.
Topic: SW Sambuca Nero
From: Geoffrey
I made the Sam Willard`s Sambuca Nero with the liquid base. Very nice.
Topic: Cortes to brew again
From: Dazza
I brewed the Morgan`s Mexican Cortes and tried it for the first time the other day. I was surprised and delighted with the result. The taste was excellent! With most home brews you can generally tell quite easily they`re home brews. However the Cortes gave no hint of home brewing.(the home brew taste)
This is definitely one I`ll brew again and recommend to other home brewers.
Topic: Alcotec 48 on Dextrose
From: M J (Maleny)
Just completed a batch Alcotec 48 turbo wash with 8Kg of dextrose and let it go for a month, racked it off and sat it aside for a day and the results were outstanding.
Topic: The wait
From: Di Streeter
Hi guys I have been brewing beer since 1999 and I am proud to say that I have never had a `bad` brew or one I didn`t like . I am always looking for new products to try so I was extremely excited when I heard you had taken over and couldn`t wait to brew some of your new products which I have now done. I am happy to report that I am thrilled with the results of your products. They truly have a beautiful flavour. I now have a few problems: waiting to taste my efforts and now my friends never bring their own beer when they visit as they would much rather drink mine! So keeping up the stock and the new products and Congratulations on an excellent shop and product range.
Thanks.
Topic: Willard`s Irish cream
From: Elizabeth Hobba
Hi Vicki I was pleasantly surprised with the Willard`s Irish cream you suggested and with and new liquid cream base was very easy to make and no lumps.
Topic: A very tasty few
From: Michael Stanley
Just to let you know I cracked open a bottle of the Muntons Irish style over the weekend. It has only been in the bottles for 6 weeks yet tasted awesome. And will get better with age (Yumo). I have just bottled a Coopers IPA, and have a Chocolate Mahogany Porter bubbling away as we speak, so this Easter should be a very tasty one for me.
PS the shop looks great love the new logo.
Thanks!!
Topic: Too good
From: Robert M
Dear Vicki and Andrew, For the past three evenings I have sat down in my favourite chair and savoured the fruits of my brewing. Being the Queenslander gold I purchased from your awesome shop which I note has changed a lot over the last few months, with lots of brewers goodies to look at.
On a more serious note, people what a fantastic beer. I picked up another two kits this morning and I`m hoping the minister for war and finance will soon allow me to be Air-upped and kegged.
Too Good
Topic: Cascade!
From: Dave (Maroochydore)
Having tried almost every brand of home brewing product over the past years and now I`m going to stay with Cascade. I consider your Draught one of the best beers that I have ever tasted. Please keep it in stock for me as I`ll be back for more!
Topic: No supermarket for me
From: Bayden
About three months ago as I was about to pick up a can of my regular Coopers Home Brew (from the supermarket) when I noticed your ad on the radio that mentioned a full range of Home Brew products on the shelf. I purchased a few of the Morgan`s Queenslander range and also your Cascade Chocolate Mahogany Porter, which has come up a treat I look forward to your India Pale Ale, Blue Mountain Lager with the ultra blend and Canadian light which will follow this batch.
Many thanks to Stews Home Brew & Workwear. Your store is certainly up to standard and at this point I can safely say that you have won a customer over from supermarket home brewing.
Thanks again Bayden
Topic: Air-Up
From: Peter Heumiller
Having tried almost every brand of gas and rental systems I am very pleased with my purchase of my 2.4 Kg Air-Up cylinder. By my calculations, the brewer can save around $800 over a 10 year life based on current cylinder and rental costs.
